Some times we don't want to share every detail, even though the act of writing it out actually helps us to understand what it is that's happening to us. Sometimes its for our own benefit as much as others. I find this is the case for myself, perhaps CQ too :)
1. the vagueness. i realised this myself when i went back to read blog posts written a year ago. although my thoughts were recorded, in quite a few instances i have no recollection of what actually triggered those thoughts!
3. the reason? this is pure speculation (i have yet to accurately decipher the psychological processes that undergo within myself) but having noticed things about myself, i think the vagueness has got to do with having a selective memory (subconscious or otherwise). don't really want the painful details, just how God is working through me and with me is sufficient.
3. the thirst? it's literal. mum suggested diabetes o.O

Don't take this the wrong way, but have you noticed that all you blog posts are very vague?
I read this because I want to hear how you're doing. ;)
